FAQ: What types of tours do you offer?

A: We offer both private charters and small group shared tours ranging from half-day to full-day trips around Phuket on our luxury catamaran. Popular destinations include snorkeling at Racha Island, exploring Phang Nga Bay, sunset cruises, and day trips to Coral Island.

Q: What is included in the tour price?

A: Our tour prices include pickup/drop-off from major Phuket hotels, all fuel charges, snorkel equipment, lunch/dinner catering, soft drinks, and crew services.

Q: How many guests can your yachts accommodate?

A: Our catamarans can hold up to 60 guests comfortably for our charters.

Q: Do you have an age requirement for children?

A: For safety reasons, we require children under 12 years to be accompanied by an adult guardian during the tours. Infants under 2 years old are not permitted onboard our yachts.

Q: What should I wear/bring for the tours?

A: We recommend wearing light comfortable clothing, hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen and bringing towels, cameras, and other items you may want for island stops or water activities.

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

A: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for full refunds on cancellations. You can find our detailed policy on our website.

Q: Are food allergies accommodated?

A: Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies if notified before booking. Please inform us of any special meal needs.

Q: Do you allow inflatables or pool toys during tours?

A: Due to safety considerations, personal inflatables, pool toys, and slides are not permitted onboard our yachts during tours.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Full payment is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
